A thirty something mechanical engineer, Amanda moved to Huntsville in 2007 and began exploring our local food scene in earnest in 2009. In 2010 she began The Dining Dragon to post reviews of local restaurants and in 2014 she relaunched the site as Huntsville Eats with a newly expanded focus on local food. She’s considers french fries one of the most perfect foods yet invented and is always on the hunt for the perfect Italian place.
