Quick Bite: Our experience here has been outstanding. They call their special a “brunch” but with selections like Prime Rib, and Pork Loin Chops, you could easily make an early dinner out of it. Make your reservations soon, they are almost totally booked!

Nick’s Ristorante

Mother’s Day Hours: Friday and Saturday night (May 9th and 10th)
Location: South Huntsville
Specials Dover sole and a gift for all mothers.
Quick Bite: The staff at Nick’s makes you feel like family. Nick’s is 19+, so it’s best for adult only dining groups. They have a cigar lounge, though if that is not your thing, know that they also have excellent ventilation in the dining room.

D&L Bistro

Quick Bite: Brix has a wonderful breezy atmosphere and an open patio which should be highly enjoyable in the pretty spring weather.

Huntsville Marriott

Mother’s Day Hours: Brunch: 11:00 am – 1:30 pm
Location: Next to the Space and Rocket Center
Specials Fixed price brunch, $28.85 for adults, $14.95 for kids, with discounts for military personnel and seniors, one champagne or mimosa included for each adult over 21.
Quick Bite: I had the good fortune of attending a conference at the Marriott and sampling their catering. The quality of the food and the variety of the dishes was impressive. I feel confident their brunch will be a good one.
